Warehouse Administrator

About the Position:

This is an ideal opportunity for a performance driven person with enthusiasm and initiative to get involved within the business and provide support within the organisation. This role requires someone who can speak Mandarin or Cantonese and someone who is comfortably taking on variety tasks in both office and warehouse environment. This will be the great opportunity to join and support our close knit mid-size team and be involved in the exciting fast growing sector in Australia

You’ll be involve but not limited with the following:

  • Welcome all visitors in reception in polite and courteous manner: Record and register all visitor
  • General administration duties to support the site based Warehouse Manager
  • Require to travel between offices and warehouses and for shopping few times a week when necessary
  • Liaison with a range of internal & external stakeholders face to face or via phone and emails
  • Organize warehouse staff’s documentation and provide training and induction for new warehouse staff
  • Regularly maintain cleanliness of work area and the warehouse
  • Develop and prepare regular performance metric reports
  • Undertake ad hoc projects/assignments as may be required
  • Providing ad hoc administration support when necessary

 

You must have:

  • A Bachelor degree in any disciplines
  • Able to drive
  • Mandarin/Cantonese speaking and reading skill
  • Willing to learn, action promptly and friendly can-do attitude
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization skills
  • Proficient in software such as Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point

 

Not necessary but will gain advantage if you have:

  • Experience working as warehouse administrator
  • Basic understanding of supply chain and Australian e-commerce retail market
