Warehouse Assistant; Spare Parts and Return goods

New Aim is a dominant household products distributor in the country as well as serving a prominent force in the international market.


To provide an exceptional level of service to customers as well as internal stakeholders relating to all New Aim products. You will assist them in understanding our products and identify solutions to fit their needs. This will also include but not limited to – Sending spare parts, keeping inventory of spare parts. Accepting, logging and restocking returned goods. Testing returned goods whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.


Replying to emails and updating tickets in a timely manner

  • Replying to internal queries in a timely manner via instant messaging
  • Sending out spare parts to customers
  • Keeping inventory / Updating spare parts list
  • Requesting for spare parts when required
  • Receiving and restocking new spare parts received
  • Checking tickets for batch issues or too many issues related to same SKU
  • Preparing reports related to spare parts
  • Learning attitude towards new and existing products
  • Comply with all company procedures and policies including OH&S
  • Proactively contribute to the ongoing development of departmental processes and policies
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by manager
  • Keeping spare parts and returns area neat, clean and tidy


Key Performance Indicators:

  • Spare parts tickets and return cages cleared on a daily basis
  • Spare parts inventory updated on a regular basis
  • Reporting of batch issues
  • Spare parts and returns area kept clear and tidy

To be considered for this role applicants must:

  • Physically fit to handle repetitive heavy lifting up to 25kg
  • Be motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work as part of a team environment
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a commitment to safe work practices
  • Have great work ethic and attention to details
  • Valid working visa (at least 2 years) with no working restriction
  • Able to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
  • Mandarin-speaking would be an advantage but not necessary
  • Holding a current Forklift Licence would be preferred
